Reflux-S factory (Saransk, Mordovia) has been producing lighting products for you since 1995. We produce a wide range of gas-discharge sodium and metal halide lamps as well as luminaires for street and greenhouse lighting.

Reflux-S factory equipment enables us to manufacture gas-discharge lamps, both traditional tubular and reflector lamps of Reflux type. The production cycle starts with the development stage and ends with the quality control of the finished product. The enterprise has an automated machine for simultaneous mirroring of a large number of bulbs, equipment for exhausting and welding of General Electric lamps, a production line for lampholders of a special design, and an assembly section.

An independent direction is the development and production of luminaires for street and greenhouse lighting with an electronic ballast, designed to work with Reflux reflector lamps. Design features of the luminaires, their lighting and operational characteristics provide ideal conditions for the operation of the Reflux optical system, which ensures high efficiency of lighting equipment.

Serious attention is paid to the control of lighting and electrical characteristics of products. The factory photometric laboratory is fitted with electrical measuring and photometric equipment. A goniophotometer, a spectrometer and two photometric balls with a diameter of 2 meters make it possible to measure the parameters of lamps, ballasts and ignition devices, the light intensity curve, light flux, radiation spectrum, color coordinates, general and partial color rendering indices, current shapes, flame dynamics lamps and other characteristics in real time. The lamps are tested for their service life at a special test site on a round-the-clock basis.

High qualification of the team in combination with modern equipment allows the company to fulfill the most complex orders and to provide individual approach for each client. More than half of the factory’s employees have university degrees in lighting engineering.
